• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpit.

• Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waistline.

• Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

• Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the shoulder to the wrist.

• Fit Options: If measurements fall between sizes, pick the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
