Because of the impact COVID-19 has had on our fundraising efforts, the ElderActive board has made the difficult decision to discontinue the Canada Games Centre (CGC) Pass Subsidy Program.

But there is good news…

 

ElderActive Members can still receive a 10% discount on 6 month and annual CGC passes…

And you don’t even have to come to the office to get it!

WHat benefits Do I get with this? What is the difference between this and going month to month?

6 Month and Annual CGC Pass holders get so much more for their money. As you can see in the chart below, you get the ability to sign up early for classes, free bonus passes to bring a friend, and more.

 

So what does it cost me?

With this alternative model, we now have the ability to reach all ElderActive members, including those members 55-59, who in the past never got a discount. Take a look below at the charts… just remember to take a look at the different age groups. Take a look at the difference between our price and if you were not an ElderActive member.

Frequently Asked Questions - CGC Passes

What if I want to purchase a new pass through ElderActive?

We are no longer offering passes through our office. Current ElderActive Members can receive a 10% discount on 6 month and 1 year passes by showing their ElderActive Member Card or proof of purchase at the CGC front desk. More information is above.

I do not want a 6 month or annual pass. Can I get a discount on Punch Passes or 30 Day passes?

Currently we are not offering discounts on these passes. The main reason for this is all our fundraising efforts have been severely impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will review this decision once we have an ability to raise money again.

I Lost my ElderActive Membership Card. How Do I get a New one?

If you are a current ElderActive member, we will be able to get you a new card for your current membership year. We are charging a $5.00 administration fee for any lost or misplaced ElderActive membership cards, so keep them safe!
