55+ BC Games
TEAM YUKON & THE 2026 – 55+ BC GAMES
Team Yukon is officially participating in the 2026 – 55+ BC Games, happening September 8–12, 2026 in Kamloops, BC. Normally, Yukon would attend the Canada
55+ Games in 2026, but since those Games were cancelled, BC has invited Team Yukon to join their event, and ERA has accepted the invitation.
ORGANIZATION & LEADERSHIP
Planning is led by ElderActive Recreation Association (ERA) and supported by the Sport and Recreation Branch of the Yukon government. A 2026 Team Yukon Advisory Committee has been formed, and ERA has hired Brenda Dion and Sue Meikle as Team Yukon Co-Coordinators. They are responsible for planning, communication, and overall coordination.
