Board Member

Help guide the future of ElderActive by serving on our Board of Directors. Board members bring their experience, ideas and community perspective to help shape our programs, support our mission, and ensure ElderActive continues to meet the needs of adults 55+ in our community.

 

Community Engagement Volunteer

Be a friendly face for ElderActive throughout the community! Community Engagement Volunteers help spread the word about our programs and services, welcome members, represent ElderActive at community events and help us build connections with other organizations and community groups in order to expand our programs Yukon wide.

 

Cash Raffle Ticket Seller

Help support ElderActive by selling tickets for our annual cash raffle! This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and talking about the work that we do. Training and materials will be provided, and you can help sell tickets at community events and locations on a flexible schedule that fits your life.

 

Canada Games Centre Ambassador

Help make he Canada Games Centre a welcoming and inclusive place for all seniors. CGC Ambassadors help participants connect with activities, answer questions, welcome newcomers, communicate with ElderActive office and encourage participation. This is a great option if you enjoy our seniors drop in activities and enjoy helping new people enjoy the activities.
