Ratings 1 to 3

Level 1.

Easy, Flat. Designed for those who are just starting out or are in a wheelchair. There is plenty of time to stop and enjoy the views. Benches and washrooms are usually included. While we encourage inclusivity, please use these walks as a warm-up for others to come.

Level 2.

Easy but lacking the amenities that level one offers. They also included short ups and downs. No Wheelchairs. Washrooms may be available.

Level 3.

Easy with no amenities. Up and downs are included to give us the cardio we want, and the recovery required.


RATINGS 4 TO 6

Level 4.

Healthy exercise with more extended up and downs. Both seem to be about the same. These walks are on trails. These can include obstacles including blowdown, mud holes and slippery sections.

Level 5.

Healthy walks with prolonged up and downs. Gets us to some of the best views. Includes Level 4 and level 3 elements.

Level 6.

Get your adrenalin running with various added twists. I’ll ask if you are interested before programming.
